Lines of responsibility

An organisation chart (Attachment 6) outlines the lines of responsibility for the GAC. Employees are made aware of the lines of responsibility at induction.

In the case of an emergency, the lines of responsibility are outlined on the Emergency Contact List (Attachment 4) and displayed in the GAC Office and GAC Reception

Employee position roles and responsibilities

Position descriptions are provided to employees at time of induction (Induction Checklist) Electronic copies of position descriptions are filed on the Glennie portal and hard copies are kept in the GAC Office

At the time of induction employees are made aware of their roles and responsibilities as listed in their position description.

Personnel directory and call out procedures

Key personnel contact details and call out procedures are included on the Emergency Contact details notice. (Attachment 4)
