1️⃣ Download the iClassPro App from the App Store or Google Play.
2️⃣ Select Glennie Aquatics as your facility.
3️⃣ Click Sign Up and enter your details.
4️⃣ Add your child(ren) to your account.
5️⃣ Subscribe to emails to receive important updates.
Once logged into iClassPro, select "Bookings" and choose a suitable class.
If unsure of your child's level, book a free assessment via the app.
Book a Trial Booking in the app.
Assessments are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons.
The cap colour indicates their swim level.
Use this information when booking their lessons.
We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee a specific instructor due to scheduling.
Notify future absences in the iClassPro app to receive makeup tokens.
You can book up to 2 makeups per term through the app (subject to availability).
Makeup tokens expire after 6 months.
Written notice is required (email: aquaticadmin@glennie.qld.edu.au).
Parents remain responsible for payment until notice is received.
Proper swimwear (avoid t-shirts/rash shirts unless required).
Swimming cap (mandatory for all swimmers).
Goggles (optional but recommended).
Swim nappies required for babies/toddlers.
Yes! Parents can observe from the grandstand seating areas in both pools.
Pool decks and walkways must remain clear.
You may only photograph or record your own child.
Respect the privacy of other families.
